FAQ


How long will my order take?

Over 90% of orders are despatched for next day delivery if ordered before 12am, if not we'll notify you straight away with an email notifying you of the delivery date, we stock over 99% of our products so we will normally have what you want in stock but if you want to be sure you can call us on 01236 755544.

 

How will long my embroidery order take?

If you've asked for a proof you will receive this within 48 hours of ordering it and once you approve the embroidery the garments are normally delivered in about 5 working days although this can rise to 10 during our busiest periods, if you need something really urgently then please call us and we'll do our best to help you.

 

Can I return my items?

Yes, as long as they are not embroidered which are non returnable (unless faulty or our error). You can return goods up to 10 days after receiving them as long as they are in the original packaging and have not been worn. Please go to our returns section to request a returns. We will refund you the full amount of the goods except for the delivery costs, if you have received free delivery we will deduct £6 to cover our delivery costs. 

 

Can I change my order?

Yes, please email us or call us straight away on 01236 755544 and we'll change it if we've not already despatched it. If your order is getting embroidered we will change it if it's not too late in the embroidery process.

 

Will I get a confirmation email?

Yes, as soon as you place an order you will receive an email, if you don't then please contact us straight away as you might have entered your email address incorrectly. You will also get an email notifying you that your order has been despatched and another when your order is complete. 

 

What payment methods do you allow?

You can pay by all major credit/debit cards, Paypal, Amazon, cheque, bank transfer, American Express, diners, JCB and even cash (pick up only).

 

Do you allow purchase orders?

Yes we do allow purchase orders, mainly to government bodies or schools. If you are a business please email us your company details and we will open a credit account subject to a credit score report first.

 

Your free embroidery logo, whats the catch? Everyone else charges for that.

You can only order one free logo per order with any order of at least one jacket. The logo has too be under 8,000 stitches (which covers over 90% of logos). 

 

Can I get the embroidery disk for the free logo that you have setup for me?

Yes although there is a small charge of £15 per logo as it has cost us to give you this free service.

 

What are your delivery charges?

Orders to UK mainland are free over £100 net of VAT or £7.95 + vat. Orders to highlands and islands are £15.95 plus vat. For shipping to Europe please contact us, this normally costs between £15 to £20.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

As we offer a next day delivery you need to contact us straight away to cancel, please call to make sure you get us as quick as possible. If you have  ordered embroidered products please call to find out what stage they are at and we will help you if we can, if the goods are already embroidered then they can not be cancelled.

 

What is your price guarantee?

If you can find the same products cheaper elsewhere we will match the price. Delivery costs will be taken into consideration as well.  

 

Is it safe to give you my credit card details online?

Yes! All our credit and debit card processing is done on the on Paypal or Moneybookers secure website payment system.
